When I write Outlook 2016 but reply or mail contents is not visible problem
Disable TNEF for registry modification before checking
1. Enter the Windows Logo key + R key at the same time, then type regedit and click OK.
2. Enter the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Preferences
Right Click –> New Select the DWORD (32-bit) value and enter the name as DisableTNEF
Then, right click modify and enter 1 in the value data.
(for 2016 version 16.0, 2013 version 15.0, 2010 version 14.0)
